Default Voip.ms prefix option

Hello all,
I noticed some of you have experience with voipMS Soooo hope you can help.
I have a DID number that forwards to my Bell land line, I have a prefix set up on the callerID display. When calls come in there is no call ID and no prefix.

I would expect at least the prefix would show up but I cant get anything to show.
Any Ideas?
