Been looking around and trying to find out when cogeco will offer Tv call display with home phone option like rogers and bell do? Haven't been able to find anything about this.
Anybody hear when they will catch up? |

Seems that Cogeco is the lazy provider, they're not really interested in blazing a trail. The onscreen UI that they have is pretty much the same my parents had in the 90's...

Cogeco does appear to be a lazy provider. Their HD line-up is very sub-par. That being said, personally, I don't like the telephone number pop-up call display, but then again, I suppose I could just disable it.

+1 for Cogeco being sub-par. My 85 year old mother even has the phone pop-up and she is no techie like I am. Embarrassing!

It may be a novelty, but, with kids in the house, I'd like to see who's calling, then I can decide if I should run and search for a phone.

Cogeco does not offer call display on the TV. Shaw Direct, as well as the mentioned Bell and Rogers, does. You have to subscribe to call display on your home phone to see the number on the screen.
