OPPO BDP-95 hooked to Denon AVR 5805??? - Canadian TV, Computing and Home Theatre Forums

Lost all three HDMI inputs on my Denon AVR 5805, so am thinking of getting the OPPO BDP-95 so I can hook video directly to the projector and then run the audio through the AVR 5805. Could hook the audio using 7.1 jacks or possibly using the OPPO balanced outputs to the Denon (not sure how to do that). Does the OPPO have as good or better audio processing as my 2005 AVR 5805??? Thanks for any advice anyone can provide.
