I'm wondering if FibeTV can cause some colours to "flicker" when a show is on? I have a TV that most of the red colours flicker.

I see that sometimes, but only if I'm watching an SD channel where I've upscaled the aspect ratio to fit the screen.
Otherwise it never happens. |

Well, the problem was happening with every channel, no matter if the channel was HD or SD.
I spent time last night in checking the problematic TV. No firmware update available as the firmware is the latest available. Reset the TV the factory defaults and went thorough the TV set up. Still no fix. I then went to the HD STB settings and adjusted the resolution. Every came back to normal (???) BTW: Anyone noticed a change in channels??? The Aquarium channel seems to be gone and there is a "Fireplace" channel. |

Yep, no nore fish and TWO fireplaces...And I think BNN HiDef is new...
Also a number of new foreign language channels and a radio station. They were added to my customized Guide, although I don't see any of them, since I'm not subscribed. Overall, the total Guide went from 574 items to 579 items. |
