I was given a Nextar GPS that my dad purchased at a garage sale. It did not have a memory card in it, so I put a 2gb card from our camera. It powers up, displays the menu, but has no maps loaded. What do I have to do to get the unit to load maps onto it? This thing has been sitting on top of the fridge since the summer and I would like to do something with it.

You need to go to the Nextar website, or who they deal with, and buy a set of maps.
