You getting the Jets game is really weird, because it is only supposed to air in Northwestern Ontario. Sometimes Shaw Direct forgets (or doesn't have) to blackout preseason games. You probably won't get their regular season games; for example I'm getting the Leafs game on Sportsnet Ontario here in New Brunswick tonight.

Take a look at this map. As you can see, the line dividing exclusive Sens territory from shared Sens/Leafs territory is quite near Kingston. Your postal code may be different enough from your friends that you don't get the Leafs games.
