split_tail Join Date: Apr 2005 Posts: 3	Lost all channels since firmware upgrade Firmware was apparently upgraded overnight on my DX3200. Now I have zero channels. can't even get through to customer service. Busy signal. Seems to me when I roll out updates for my PC customers, I confirm upgrades before going whole hog. Anyone else having problems? Alex in Okotoks
