Default How much have you gone over your bandwidth cap?

I'm just wonder how much other people tend to go over their bandwidth cap. I tend to do 10-15gb but I am worried when they finally decide to flip the switch and start charging for overages that I'll be left with a huge bill. I guess what I'm asking is will there be any warning when this happens?

I once used 700 GB when my limit was 250 GB.
