Question N64 Banjo-Tooie Cartridge Question

I hauled the old N64 out of the closet and hooked it up to play some Banjo-Kazooie and Banjo-Tooie. While Kazooie works just fine (as well as all the other cartridges I have, like Major League Baseball Featuring Ken Griffey, Jr. ), when I put Tooie in and turn it on, the game isn't centered on the screen and it has a black bar at the bottom of it where the picture should be. Obviously, this doesn't make it easy to play the game properly when you can't see important parts of the game.

It never did anything like this in the past and neither the cartridge nor the N64 has been damaged in anyway since being put in storage.

Any suggestions on what might be causing this and is there any way to fix it?
