Even KFC were sending out a press release telling their valued diners not to eat too many of those. Those things are so darn bad for you as well.

Had one today (no way I could eat two), and it was good. Lots of sodium, that's for sure. But the pieces of meat were nice and thick, and the product actually looked like that shown in promotional pictures, which is rare for fast food joints.
