As C band subscription programming is NOT a DTH service, there is currently no Canadian law that forbids it. As stated previously in this thread, I had my lawyer confirm this as well. I'm surprised it's still legal for us to communicate from Country to Country via the internet. Like this forum or many others allow us to do.
It's good to see so much activity on the FTA section of this site lately. I need the info. Thanks Guys!
