how can U get TVO in HD?

Rogers apparently setup, and paid for equipment to deliver TVO HD to their system. I think they are the only provider offering it.

Would love to see this for OTA. I'm guessing $$ is the issue?

While what you are saying is true, I am not sure why you are saying it. Are you confusing Tivo with TVO (TV Ontario)?
