Default 3D@Home launches Consumer information website

The 3D@Home Consortium, an industry trade group which includes technology heavyweights Intel, Sony and Samsung, has announced a new consumer website which is designed to provide consumers with information about 3DTV and related 3D devices.

The site, entitled 3D University, offers up information on how 3D works, a history of 3D, a description of the various 3D formats, a listing of 3D products, FAQs, and how to best set up your 3D home theatre.
