international SMS?
Which canadian mobile phone provider offers best rate on international text messages? (Presently, I am payng bell $.25 for each sent message and $.15 for each received message. They also charge about a dollar if I entered number incorrectly or message not delivered. This is too much). Is there a website for free two way international text messaging?
