There is a firmware update for the 4306 that is a few months old to my recollection. You should email Denon Canada. I did the update, and there was no need to remove the chassis. However, there are detailed instructions that come with the update, so I would be very careful about looking for a web download and trying it on your own. I used an Xp laptop connected directly to the ethernet input on the 4306 via a crossover ethernet cable. Hope this helps.

as far as I know you will have to contact Denon and see what they say. I know there are ways to upgrade them but you have to take off the Chasis and do some other things. Your best bet would be to call denon and talk to Tech support on how to do it or maybe taking it somewhere that sells Denon and having them do it if they know how
