Just wondering if with an integrated NTSC/ATSC/QAM tuner, would I still need an antenna to get OTA HD? I'm in the Montreal region btw. Thanks!

Definitely yes, you will need an antenna of some sort. Most HDTV is broadcast in the UHF band, and the same rules apply as for reception of analog UHF stations. If you're close to local HDTV stations, a "rabbit ears" antenna may be sufficient. For distant stations, a rooftop UHF antenna is required.
