READING E609 Code on 6416 - Canadian TV, Computing and Home Theatre Forums

I haven't tried anything yet, but anyone know what this code means, and/or how to fix it.

Well, can you provide more info...

Generally you'll see that when first plugging a new unit in. It relates to the firmware download process.

We have seen this happen when a terminal has weak signal and annot download the firmware it needs. Saw this happen and once hooked up to a cable outlet with good signal it was there for a second to start then it started the download process fine.
