I was going to apologize to ttrk for the tone of my comment. For I agree with everything his organization wants to accomplish. My point was that their methods and attitudes were exactly the same as Jean Monty's - and as ttrk proved in his answer - I was bang on. Which is unfortunate, because the corruption in Ottawa smells strongly, even from 2000 miles away.
