Hey Guys this is my first post.
I recently got this new router for my home, and I was trying to play with my friends on xbox live and noticed that my NAT is moderate and I could not join them in a party or in games. Now I had this before with my previous router, but I had gotten into the router settings and changed the UPnP to open so the NAT would be open. It seems this new D-Link Router doesn't have the same set-up. I have heard about trying to portforward the xbox onto my router but I am simply not the smart tech savvy guy so if anyone knows anything on this type of router(D-Link DVA-G3810) and how to make the NAT open for my xbox that would be much appreciated and in step by step form please. |

What model of Dlink router is it??
You may also want to have a look at www.portforward.com for a bunch of how-tos for port forwarding.
