Temporarily Off Air HD NHL/MLB

I have finally figured out how to get the HD broadcasting the guide says that is on a sports pac channel

A example would be... if the tv guide says there is a certain hockey game on channel 481 (nb)and you get the message temporarily off air just switch to the SD broadcasting of that game and switch right back to the HD (481)channel and the game will be there in HD

I have been complaining about this for months and have been blaming the guide for being wrong,when in fact it is not wrong but you have to go to the SD channel 1st and then switch right back to your HD channel.

This also works for all other sports for all that have the sports package

So lets fast forward to January 2012 and still a problem
You tune to ch 486 at 11:00pm or anytime of day that there is something on that channel and get your message temp off air so call Rogers and they say it is on in their office must be a bad signal

Four tecs later someone says must be bad lines from pole to house so replace the lines and would you believe still a problem four hrs later

Working with CAT team which seems to be going good until talk to repair guy who asks nothing he can do so will not be coming to the house and the Cat team guy doesn't know what he is talking about.

Man Company politics !!!!!! i wouldn't have this guy in my house with his sarcasm.
SORRY Rogers i tried to work with you i am glad i have choices as i can't stand anymore.
