That must be the reason why the original Transformer is sold 100$ cheaper at some places in the past week. Me want the new one!

It will be interesting to see if the quad-core makes a noticeable difference in day-to-day tasks (in other words, anything other than gaming). Until we have apps optimized for quad-core, I don't think it will make that big of a difference for a lot of people.

Depending on price point I am buying one

If its a huge premium over the first one, I'll just stick with the original

Edit: 100 bucks more expensive. Maybe too much to bother with

I think it is roughly the same price, but they seem to have dropped the smallest 16 GB model.

The only thing that urks me with my Prime so far is the browser. It seems to shut down many times. If it's not the browser, it's the Prime itself. There is a lot of buzz on the net about this issue. Rumours are ASUS are working on a patch to solve it. Not holding my breath for it yet.

I haven't had any real issues yet. downloaded a few games, most notably Dungeon Defenders, and it looks and plays fantastic

looks as good on the transformer as it does on my i7 laptop

I have had my transformer prime for a week. The first few days it was running property. Now it has locked up, re-booted on its own , the browser quits often, and the camera app locks up.

I hope the .14 update will fix this. I expected more from Asus.

Did anyone notice that their Prime has stopped refreshing the weather widget since the last two firmware upgrades or is it just mine?

Nope, I hadn't noticed... but then I'd switched to one of the weather widgets included in HD Widgets when my Prime was still on Honeycomb.

It doesn't matter which one I use, it just doesn't refresh. Bugs me.
