Video glitches on MC & EA HD

Starting a few days ago I've been noticing occasional video glitches on both EAHD and MCHD. As these are on the same transponder on F2, I first checked the reported Ecb/N0 on my two receivers (505), which was about 10 dB. That should be plenty.

Since I have R5000 devices on both receivers, I captured the complete transport streams for a handful of movies and analyzed the files. Curiously none of the files had any continuity errors or TEI errors. That's normally a good sign the transport stream was received precisely as uplinked. So I did a more detailed analysis and found there were a number of MPEG-2 encoding errors in each movie I recorded, and the visible glitches corresponded exactly to these points in time.

I hope Shaw gets this fixed soon (or already has). This transponder has been clean as a whistle for some time now, after previously experiencing other troubles. I'd report this directly to Shaw, but I'm a south of the border subscriber.
