Has anyone experienced issues with the Bell Remote PVR that was available from
www.bell.ca/recordnow ? It hasn't been working for 2 days for me. I get an error: "Remote PVR is not available The server is not responding. Please try again in a few minutes." I tried calling tech support. First the CSR told me that since it's online that they wouldn't be able to help me and there was no number she can provide me with to contact anyone.... After I told her that was unacceptable and arugued for 2 min......she went to talk to a manager and she told me since it isn't a fully launched feature, it's only in Beta, there is nothing they can do. That I'll have to wait and see if it comes back. |

They sent me an email that the feature is launched. When I went to try it I get the following error message:
Remote PVR Ooops! Remote PVR is not available Bell Satellite TV The server is not responding. Please try again in a few minutes. Strange message being a fibe user. Is this working for anyone? |

Thanks for the help. I called Bell yesterday and they said they would look into it as they were not aware of a widespread outage and they would look at my account. I never heard back from them.
