I was flipping thru their site tonight, and stumbled across these
http://www.archos.com/products/ah/ar...try=ca&lang=en now, unless I'm reading it wrong, they're basically and android smartphone, except instead of a cell, they're just a DECT cordless handset for the home (aka wifi only android handset) seems like they might be fun to fiddle with, but I"m not sure these realy have much of a point |

If it has wifi you can use it to run a lot of remote control type apps. If you have wireless security cameras you could check them from your phones. You also could use it to check email (or just show email alerts) or IM people from your home phone.
Automagic syncing with Google contacts could also be extremely useful. |
