tried to get in last night kept getting unable to load video error 8
is this a common problem

The other night I had a "download problem". I think I had errors 26 and 1. Haven't tried it since.

I tried it last night and it would not work. several different error codes. called them and they said there were problems. I have tried it again this morning and it seems to work fine.
