Mobile Syrup is reporting that Koodo Mobile will offer their first Android device beginning this week. The LG Optimus One will cost $200 or $225 no-contract.
The LG Optimus One runs Android OS 2.2, has a 3.2-inch HVGA capacitive touchscreen (resolution of 320×480), a 600MHz processor, 3 megapixel camera (auto-focus and video capabilities), GPS, Wi-Fi and can create a Wi-Fi Hotspot for up to 8 devices, Bluetooth and can hold up to 32GB with a microSD card.

I suspect it will be $200. Telus offers this for $200 off-contract, and has for some time. I don't understand why they would charge more for the same device on their supposedly discount flanker brand.
Update: It is in fact $225 before the Tab. Last edited by TorontoColin; 2011-03-02 at 04:26 PM. Reason: official price |
