Exclamation IC OTA Database Page Layout Updated

I've added some extra fields to the output of my IC data pump at the suggestion of tvlurker and trip. The purpose is to now provide both the Peak and Average Effective Radiated Power values of stations instead of just the Peak ERP.

I've also now started listing the elevation of each channel's antenna radiation centre above the base of the antenna. With that data you could look at the CN Tower, for instance, and be able to figure out fairly well the points from which each of the TV stations is transmitting in relation to each other.

More tweaks coming soon.
