First Strike meter for Shaw Direct - Canadian TV, Computing and Home Theatre Forums

Hi All:
I Have a first Strike Meter FS1 any installers using this meter?My problem is i cannot get meter to say "locked".I live in the Kamloops area here are my settings.
L...107.3
F...12155
SR...19510
LO...10750
LNB...18
22KHZ
I have set my long as 120w lat as 50N meter will show S&Q but will not show locked..

Judging from their FAQ, it will not "lock" Digicipher type signals, only give a signal/quality reading.
