Default GH10 UHF-MId: Wire Diameter Variations

For those who will be building the GH10, I ran 4nec2 GH10 model for two other wire diameter values, and here are the model results for three different materials, that you can use to build a GH10.

1. CoatHanger ( Typical coat hangers in my closet had a wd= 2.2mm)
Its cheap and quite stiff, but a bit of a pain to bend

2. #9 Alu wire (wd=1/8" or 3.175mm)
Relatively cheap, reasonably stiff and very easy to bend

3. Solid Alu Rod wd=5/16", which measured at 7mm

Raw Gain Summary

Freq ........... CoatHanger ............ 1/8" ...................5/16"

510 ............ 14.29 ................... 14.55 ................. 15.02
570 ............ 15.13 ................... 15.23 ................. 15.47
610 ............ 15.32 ................... 15.44 ................. 15.67
630 ............ 14.75 ................... 14.93 ................. 15.25

If you want to run these variations in 4nec2, you only have to change the wire radius values for the GH10 UHF-Mid nec file, already posted.
The values are given in the table below, in meters. ( Tag1 value is to set AGT test for a best result)

Tag # ...............CoatHanger ........... 1/8" ................... 5/16"

1 .................... 0.000838 ............ 0.001245 .............. 0.0029
All other tags .... 0.0011 ........... 0.0015875 ............ 0.0035

SWR and Raw Gain Plots

Note: This forum only allows 4 images per post. I had 6, so I deleted the 7mm images, which are availble in post #106. ( ...man...what a pain, any chance that the limit could be increased to 6? )
