First issue is how your building or condo management feels about antennas. Even if they don't like the looks, I think it is ethical to install an antenna if it is hidden or masked.
Any problem getting the cable into your interior?
For some time, I have been dismissive of The Source products. I can't say if your unit is helpful or not. But there is no substitute for antenna size and amplifying a weak signal does not improve the signal to noise performance on a short cable run.
Many of us find a "4-bay" (basic) UHF antenna will bring in many Buffalo stations perfectly (about $40 at places like the surplus store on Queen near Beverly). On the 10th floor, your reception should be quite good. Also, likely no need to change the aim of the antenna - just point to Buffalo and CN Tower stations will be just fine. The TVFool website will give you the bearings left of right of the CN Tower.
