hey .. I live in Kent County and I picked up a antenna from Amazon that lets me get wboc .. philly and baltimore .. but its really cheaply made

    http://www.amazon.com/Esky-Controlled-Amplified-Outdoor-Rotation/dp/B00D74GRGM/

trying to figure out what I need to build so I can get all three directions at the same time... Philly Baltimore and Laurel i guess

Im in a single story and want to put the antennas in the attic

thinking i need 3 antennas wired into a Single PreAmp

For Materials I have some steel tent poles 1/2" & 1"
I think i have a spool of pretty thick aluminum wire

you seem to have been there and you live here...
    So what do you think?

    Thanks a lot

    Hi there,
I'm sending this to you as a PM because I don'T want to spam the thread with off topic queries.

i found an orentation where I get american channels :wcax(3) wetk (33) & wcfe (57). They come in great before sun up but I loose them after.
I thought that very cold weather would be better for reception because of less humidity but the cold streak is over and I'M having better luck with these channels. It's 10am right now and I'm still getting 57
I've search for better explanation of weather/antenna dynamics but didn'T find much execpt that bad weather (heavy rain/snow) stuff.
so my questions are , temperature: does reception get better with temperature going up or going down ?
does cloud cover provide for better relection of tropospheric signals ?
If you have a link to something that has explanations along those lines I would appreciate it.
    Thanks
PS I'M now up to 21 channels

Sorry if this is intrusive for a newbie to send you a pm. But, I couldn't help but notice your expertise. I was wondering if you could offer any bit of advice for me.

I live in a rural area about 55 miles from stations to the south and 60+ miles from an eastern CBS station, but this is a mountainous region of the U.S. My primary concern is picking up a CBS station, but others would be nice as well.

    Here is my tvfool results:

I have been looking at antennas such as the AntennasDirect DB4e.

Any idea if I could pickup anything given my location? I am willing to invest in some equipment if needed.

    I appreciate any input. Thanks.
