My ipod is not recognized by itunes. It was working fine until i downloaded itunes 8. Then I got a error message that said I needed to restore the ipod. Once I restored the ipod...it quit showing up in itunes. It has no music or anything else on the ipod, and the ipod itself operates fine. I have windows vista, I have un-installed everything and re-installed all drivers and anything else I could thin of and still have the same problem. Does anyone have any ideas? I would greatly apprciate any help.
