Anyone have Darren Entwistle's e-mail address? I'm torn about logging a complaint directly to him or to use their ethics hotline. I feel they're trying to take advantage of a senior citizen (mom in law) after they pressure sales her into agreeing to a Telus TV/Internet/ Phone bundle. She cancelled the next day and signed up with Shaw. Twice Telus CSR's told her no worries. Now they are trying to charge her for services not received and well after her cancellation. Or if someone has a better idea, I'm all ears.
