Hi,

I'm new to the forum and maybe this has been addressed already. I have had a 9242 PVR for almost a year now and I have had constant problems with the thing just stopping, making all kinds of static noise and then rebooting...this can happen 5 times a night and I'm ready to drop-kick the thing across the street!:mad: I have contacted Bell service numerous times and they give me the same old line, to unplug it or do a memory dump, yada, yada:confused:. I'm frustrated with Bells service or lack there of. Does anybody have an idea what the problem is and if there is an easy fix? If not, I'll just have to get them to replace the thing.
