Since the new TV season started in September, every show that I watched or recorded either from Global HD East or HD West has lots of audio drop outs. Not so for other HD channels. Examples are Prison Break, Life, Heroes. It's not just those shows on Global either. Other shows on Global have the same audio dropouts. I was watching some of that SNL Presidential Bash last evening and it was happening there as well. I recorded Prison Break from east and west feed and the audio drop outs were at different points in the show. Another issue is you have no choice when the same show is on the US station as the Gobal feed is subbed for the US feed. Earlier in the season there was one instance where the show was so bad on Global that I switched to the US channel and it was not subbed for some reason and there was no audio drop outs.

I called Novus las t night and the support person listened indicating that it would need to be investigated.

Anyone else experience the same issue with Global HD feeds?

We are aware of the problem with Global HD East and are working with the
Satellite provider to try and isolate and rectify the problem. As for problems
on Global HD West and the American networks (even when sim-subbed) we
have not seen the problem.
We do endeavor to monitor the signals we provide and correct any inherent
problems. If you do find you're having problems on other channels please
document the day, time, and which program is being affected and e-mail our

information.
