You say you have a couple of 530s. They are now covered for full warranty if you pay the fee. Reason being.... My 530 just fried after accidentally turning off the power bar. Just call and get another agent, if they don't do it, get a supervisor. It really shouldn't be that big of a deal for replacing this under warranty, considering you had it under warranty before the move. How long has your account been suspended for the move? If maybe 3-4 months, ok I could see them being a bit iffy about replacing under warranty (who knows what happened to it during 3-4 months, right?), but if it's only a couple of weeks... | |
