How do you remove the front screen and is it difficult? What precautions do you need to take?

Remove the 12 screws at the back,
remove two screws one on each side located bottom corner that hold the
front benzel cover on, pull it out slowly and you will notice its held in with
some rubber plugs. Remove the set of wires that clip in for your channel
& power touchpad then you will see two more screws to remove.
Now this is where I started to use every word you could imagine.
I realized there were two hidden screws: one on each side.
Remove the DLP light, the plastic housing that the DLP light slides inside remove screw and move housing to the side 3 or 4 inches with a flashlight You will see one hidden screw, the other hidden screw is right where the power channel touchpad is. With the flashlight you can see it, once all the screws are out just lift up on the screen and its free.

If I had to do this again I would remove the front benzel face cover, the hidden screws next, then the 12 screws on the back.

Those hidden screws are not necessary to put back in.
