Anyone else getting blackouts on a wide range of channels? They seem to last 10-15 mins. They also mess up your PVR recordings.

Does Access get their channels from BEV, or Toronto? There have been several major storms move through Toronto Friday and Sunday. See:

bingo. Most HD channels are through bell, most digi/analog channels are through cancom (shaw broadcast services) with some exceptions for both. The weather affected lots of channels over the period of a few days last week.
