Funny where the govt's priorities are in regards to the justice system. Other celebrities such as Kiefer Sutherland, Paris Hilton, Nicole Richie (the list goes on & on) get off with a slap on the wrist in terms of sentencing for putting themselves & others at risk (impaired driving). But steal the govt's money...? Let's lock 'em up for 3 years!! Yes, what he did was wrong and against the law. But is it worse than impaired driving? What is society going to benefit from putting him in prison? </rant>

That being said, I've never been much of a fan of Snipes.
