Ran a switch test and it came back with:
sat 1: port 1, sat 91, transponder x, status reception error, switch none.
Sat input 1 missing port 1a sat. odd
Is this a problem with one of the lnbf, switch 44 or maybe the one of the lines comming in??
Any ideas?
Thanks

Could be any of those issues. You will need to start troubleshooting, trying to eliminate the problem.
I would start by switching ports 1A and 1B on your switch. If the problem follows the switch, then it is either your LNB or a wiring issue. If you have a spare LNB, switch it out and see if fixes the problem. If it doesn't, it is probably a wiring/connector issue.

Switch 1A and 2A, it should fix your problem if everything else is fine.

I don't know about just switching to fix the problem
I think by switching 1A and 2A may help you to find the problem, but simply switching the cables may just change the error message you are getting
Its a start though
It could be the LNB, the cable from the LNB, the port on the switch
who did the install and how long ago?
