Just curious, which models DCTs is Shaw selling? When I go to their website the model number is not listed. When I go over to Motorola's website, I see the DCT6400 and DCT3400, but not other models mentioned this forum such as the 6412 and so on.

The 6400 and 3400 are platforms. The model designation varies solely based on the size of the hard drive. A 6412 refers to a 6400 series with a 120GB hard drive, while a 6416 refers to a 6400 series with a 160GB hard drive. Shaw sells the 6416 and the 3416.
