From what I've been told(and don't know if this is true por not) but the info Rogers gets for the IPG is not from them but from a second party.

Rogers Ontario IPG is supplied by TV Guide Canada, however, it's Rogers' responsibility to get the IPG correct. I'm paying them, not TV Guide Canada. Also TV Guide Canada would not speak to me since I'm not their customer...

This, of course, is not the only IPG issue with TV Guide Canada - there are many others also discussed in this forum, but this one should be easily resolved.
