Need some help... I was sent this speaker package by UPS from electronicsforless and i never got it :( tracking number said it was delivered but nothing at the house and there was someone here all day...

what do I do!?!?! i don't think it required a signature so i'm terrified.

maybe not the right place to ask it but damn, i missing 700 bucks worth of stuff :( feel like crap!

Hope you charged it on your credit card. If you did, give them a call. If there was someone there all day, then UPS should have knocked and received a signature, however, if you designated the shipment specifically to not require a signature, then that's another matter.

First thing you should do is call UPS and ask them to do a trace. Even if it didn't require a signature, they should verify where and with whom the delivery was left. The UPS driver is still bound to deliver it to the correct person and address and they must be able to confirm where the delivery was made.

Same problem here ... Bought a GPS ($400 US) from eBay, was shipped from the States by UPS and never got the item nor the tracking number. UPS can't do nothing without the tracking number and the seller will not answer any of my 6 emails !!!!
I am stuck and this sucks !!!

tracking number said it was deliveredWhat exactly did the UPS web site tracking page say? If it said "In Transit" then it is simply in their dispatch system as having left the receiving area - I've had to wait 2 or 3 days in that situation. Is your situation the same?

as for userjc, I don't think your situation is the same at all.

Hey guys.. thanks for the replies... UPS screwed up... it said delivered and had some proof of delivery but now it says out for delivery again...

anyway hopefully get it today, i nearly threw up when i saw the delivered from NOv 26 but had received nothing

The part that makes me laugh is NEW GLASGLOW, NB... it doesn't exist... but they do have my correct shipping address in the details lol maybe that was why it got all messed up.

i got the speakers today! UPS did screw up the tracking history. There was no delivery yesterday even though it says there was... YIKES!
