I think a not inconsequential factor at DH has been that both the owner and the moderators do a pretty good job at, well, moderating.

I think it helps that most of the mods, if not all, are "format neutral" so they can speak to both sides of the war. Some do have a preference to one or the other.

Well, DHC is a MUCH smaller community than AVS... and we're Canadian! :D

But I see AVS is back, up and running again. I wonder if anything will actually change over there?
