TELUS and Motorola today announced the first Canadian availability of the CDMA MOTORAZR2.

Building on the popular MOTORAZR, the RAZR2 features an even slimmer design, similar keypad, large dual high resolution displays with increased brightness and resolution, scratch resistant glass, cast aluminium hinging, and best-in-class durability under extreme bend and torque testing. With the external screen, which is the largest of its kind, and touch-sensitive controls with vibrational response, the RAZR2 enables users to easily make calls, read text messages and play music without opening the flip.

To complement the entertainment experience, the RAZR2 features a microSD memory slot, expandable up to 2GB for storing up to 2,000 songs, Bluetooth® wireless technology for use with hands-free accessories and transfer of non-copyright protected data files, and a 2.0 megapixel digital camera with video capabilities.

The RAZR2 is now available at TELUS retail stores for $499.99 without a contract.
