I just signed up for telus service and I am supposed to have ADSL connection last night (Wednesday). However, the ADSL light is still not on today. (I tried connecting phone line directly to the modem and the ADSL light never stays on). I am 100% positive that my d-link modem works.
I contacted telus and they can't seem to find the problem (had to send in a technician).
I am curious whether this is a problem caused by Shaw digital phone. Shaw installed something on my phone jack when I got the Shaw digital phone. Do ADSL and shaw digital phone interfere each other? If so, then there is no way I can use both service?
