I recently called Rogers cuz my internet was down so they came out and looked in my box and changed a couple of things got it working.I was outside the other day and noticed the box is wide open and it looks like it has been pryed open from the top instead of using the key .I wanna call and tell them but i dont want to be accused of opening the box since it looks the way it does.Should i call or just wait till they see it open?

You may wish to give them a call to report it. In this way, you won't be suspected of tampering, as you may be if they find it in that condition on their own.

well I called them,they still didnt come and fix it cable quit working yet again so i called about the cable and reminded them about the box,they came and fixed cable and internet and still left box wide open !!!!!!!!!!

I think what you should do is close the box, if you own the property, rogers has to get permission from you to open/close the grey box, so you should probably close it, but just in this case, if rogers did open it, then call them right back up and tell them that the box is opened, and ask them if they can send someone to close it so it doesn't look like someone broke into it.
