Very interesting. Sounds like if this technology expands rapidly and existing fiber lines are capable of carrying the signal that IPTV could really become a smash hit. Plenty of room for multiple tuners and blistering internet speeds.

They always said that the slowest part of any internet access is the last mile...the connection going to your house. I don't think I'll see it in my lifetime when all the houses have fibers connecting them to the rest of the world. It's been talked about many times yet I fail to see any progress. The cure for the common cold will be found first before we get this speed in Canada... :o
