Great fight day....I'll be watching the replay of the K-1 event at 4pm this afternoon and Mayweather - Hatton tonight. I'm sort of pulling for Hatton...Think he has a chance?

There's also other boxing and MMA but too little time to watch all. We should always be this lucky as far as fighting on TV goes!

The Hatton fight could be the fight of the year. Would love to see him win but he's the underdog and he's fighting in the USA.

Any word on Chad Dawson's next fight? I can't find anything.

The Score is showing Mayweather/Hatton 24/7 now. Of course the Score HD is stretching the SD letterboxed version, even though it was shot it in HD.

The Fight Network has been showing it too. De La Hoya/Mayweather 24/7 was fascinating, and this looks good too.

I don't usually watch boxing, but was impressed with the CBC showing a replay on Saturday afternoon (in HD) of the Alcine/Mosquera bout from the Bell Centre (bout was Friday night). I later learned that the bout had aired live in HD on SRC (CBC French). The next one will be Jan 12.

Last night Spike TV aired Ultimate Fight Night which was an amazing card. It was the finale of the Ultimate Fighter TV show with some extra fights thrown in. 2 fight of the year candidates being Roger "El Matador" Huerta vs. Clay "The Carpenter" Guida & Jon "Warmachine" Koppenhaver vs. Jared "J-Rock" Rollins. Highly recommend if they repeat and can't beat the price of free-tv.

Does anyone know if we can watch this event on Starchoice?

This is a huge match and many believe Dan's style is best suited to beating a striker like Anderson.

Anderson has destroyed everyone he has faced so far in the UFC.

Both are excellent fighters, but I am pulling for Henderson

I can't recall the organization (XFC? but it is the one that Kimbo Slice fights out of)
I have been a MMA fan since the beginning, and love how popular it is becoming

I will have to look into that. I didn't know NBC would be broadcasting EliteXC's fights which are airing on Showtime and Fight Network.

Another good one is HDNET fights which airs a lot of the smaller leagues. They are starting tonight with the season of IFL which has been very good in the past.

I had a quick read on the article, and NBC was shooting for the UFC first, but Dana White wanted full control.....
EliteXC is owned (partially?) by Viacom, connected to NBC if I remember right
Whatever the story is, I am happy at the leaps and bounds MMA has made in recent years
