Just watched the ESPN2 fight from Germany. I won't say who won. Not the greatest fight but worth the 45 minutes, I guess.

Now Friday Night Fights on ESPN2: Sam Peter vs Eddie Chambers.

Big heavyweight fight for "FNF's"

Is TSN showing it live? Of course not. We in Canada get to see it a day later after we already know who won.

Thank god I have the CRTC here to protect me from the evil US networks.

We actually get it 3 hours later, but at midnight when nobody on the east coast will be watching.

And it's not the Vitali Klittschko fight on TSN on Saturday, it will be Lucian Bute vs. Fulgencio Zuniga at 5:00pm.

The Julio Cesar Chavez Jr fight was pretty good, all the fight that night were ok, the American guy I think Davis or something was terrible, lucky he got KOed.

Looking forward to next week's HBO card with Paul Williams and Chris Arreola but disappointed to not see the first episode of Hatton-Pacquiao 24/7 on the guide afterwards. Does anyone know if it's just a matter of Shaw not updating their epg or is HBO Canada really not going to show 24/7?

Who knows? But I share your sentiment about the Winky-Williams card.

The fight of the night was Librado Andrade vs Vitali Tsypko, Andrade came in fighting to the end, if he fights like this in the rematch with Bute it will be fireworks! Can't wait.

The Raul Garcia vs Ronald Barrera rematch was rescheduled and will be on Azteca next week.

I couldn't believe how poorly Hatton faught. He looked like a drunk fighting in a saloon parking lot.

HBO Canada didn't show last weeks PPV fight though it was on HBO tonight.

Perhaps the repeat broadcasts will have it.

Yes they did show it prior to the Tarver/Dawson fight.

Hmmm. The HBO broadcast started at 9:30 while my PVR started recording HBO Canada at 10PM.

edit: I just checked the HBO Canada website for last night and it also stated at 10pm start time.

HBO Canada didn't screw up the rebroadcast. It's on now.

A couple big MMA fights this weekend. First on Saturday June 6 its Robbie Lawler-Jake Shields, both former EliteXC champions in a 182 pound fight. It will be on Showtime in the US, and on PPV in Canada.

Then on Sunday night its Mike Brown against Urijah Farber in a rematch for the WEC featherweight championship. It will be on at 9:00pm ET on TSN2, with a re-air on Monday night on TSN.

Wlad Klitschko vs Chagaev for the true (Ring Magazine) Heavyweight Championship of the world June 20 in Germany. David Haye pulled out with an injury and now HBO is not showing it.

It is being broadcast in the US of A by ESPN Classic. No word yet on a Canadian network. I have emailed TSN audience relations to implore them to pick up this fight on TSN or TSN2. Most likely TSN will ignore the wishes of Canadian boxing fans and we will get the shaft again.

I urge boxing fans to email TSN asking for this fight to be broadcast.

TSN has the US Open all day one June 20, but TSN2 doesn't really have anything.

Just wondering where did you read that the fight will be on ESPN Classic? Its not listed in their schedule for that day, or ESPN's season schedule for boxing.

Does anybody know who owns Canadian rights to Jean Pascal-Adrian Diaconu on June 19? It will be on Versus in the United States.

TSN's Schedule shows a 2.5 hour block from 7:30-10:00 scheduled as Prizefighter Boxing (no description) on June 19th, the exact same time as the fight.
